History

Founded in 1947, celebrating its 70th anniversary in business next year, long-standing ice cream shop starting ice pops in a movie theater now offering more than 40 flavors of ice cream and sherbet.

While ice cream was still uncommon back then, hotels and restaurants began serving our ice cream for dessert, which gradually increased our publicity.

Preserving our original recipe and taste over two generations and still loved many restaurants and individual customers in Hakodate and now even in other cities in Japan.

Our Product

Using of high quality regional milk and fresh cream with minimizing the use of artificial additives and using no egg, our ice creams and sherbets has rich flavor of the ingredient which stand out while leaving no heavy aftertaste.

Ice cream mix to be pasteurized in order to kill micro bacteria and the cooled mix is then stirred with incorporating moderate air into cream during the freezing process. This so-called "air whip" process is very important which enables to produce smooth and silky ice cream.

In order to continuously offer freshly made ice cream, we are limited to low volume production.

Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Chocolate Marble, Rum Raisins,

Praline Almond, Banana, Tomato, Pumpkin, mascarpone, etc.

Japanese:

Green Tea (MACCHA), Vanilla & Sweet Bean Paste,
Roasted Tea (HOUJICHA), Sesame, Green Tea & Sweet Bean Paste,
Toasted Soy Flour (KINAKO), Dassai Sake Kasu (SAKE LEES), etc

Sherbet

Orange, Grapefruit, Cassis, Pear, Peach, Red Wine, Mango, Yubari Melon, Lemon,
Litchee, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, etc.
